CANCELLATION POLICY

We value my clients and we also value the time we spend on each one of my clients. We require a $25 deposit for any service which is not refundable but will go towards your service. We do require a 24 hr notice if you're planning on canceling or rescheduling your appointment. We do offer a 10 minute grace period after your appointment time to still service you if it exceeds the 10 minute period we will have to cancel your appointment. Not showing up to your appointment will result in not being able to get back in the books. When booking an appointment you must book your appointment correctly meaning if you want designs they must be added on for time purposes. No refunds!
